Possible MSQL problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed all modules and activated them in Joomla
2.uploaded Incursion DB Dump to MySQL server
3.Created link for character sheet index.php?option=com_eve&view=user

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No Data is being displayed.  Everything else shows up fine.

Can you provide path and query segment URL of faulty page?

What version of the product are you using? Please provide version of core
component (com_eve) and faulty component (com_...).

That part of code is now obsolete since learning skills have been removed.
