ooe.eveIcons table missing #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrading from previous version.
2. Hit preferences

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See preferences page. Saw preferences page atop of array errors. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision 23 SVN
OS: Debian Lenny
PHP Version: PHP 5.2.6-1+lenny9 with Suhosin-Patch 0.9.6.2
MySql Version: Server version: 5.0.51a-24+lenny4

It seems the error is that table "ooe.eveIcons" is not there.
I've attached a screenshot of the page.

It seems like your config is pointing to the OOE DB rather than CCP's Incursion 
DB dump. Can you verify that the config option "$config['evedatabase']['dsn']" 
points to your EVE DB, not the OOE DB.

this was original issue for incursion DB make sure to install all revisons in 
order from the begining and use current static data dump for incursion if you 
dont have it I will Zip up and provide link for download.
curent revision24 all works fine.
