I don't know if it's related but when I try to see an email, I have the picture
of sender and reciever but not the name.
Sometimes I have "undefined" and sometime nothing

Does this happen when you load the mail page, or when you view an individual
mail?
Are any of your mails from entities other than characters? I think you have
received a mail from a source not recognised by the characterName API, which I
need to track down somehow.

It's when I load the main page.
I'll give you list of mail types and "strange" sender when i'll be able to use
website again (big errors today apparently)

This issue was updated by revision r172.
Implemented mailing list support. Before using the characterName API to look up
a message sender, we check the character's mailing list subscriptions for the
sender name.

I've updated outofeve.com, feel free to give it a try whenever and see if
there's any improvement.
Thanks
