overwriting values in production #53

It happens that 2 members are both working in production tab and that the first 
person is overwriting the changes of the second person when they are saving 
their values in there. 

Is it possible to only save the changes you made ( so where input box differs 
from the amount that was in it on page generation) or maybe do a per production 
row save button? ( or per tower)

Yeah there was a slight fear for that happening. There was a push for it to be 
changed the way it currently is because production directors in bigger corps 
didn't want to click update one line at a time. However I have some ideas 
floating in my head how to prevent or lower the chances of this happening that 
will make everyone happy. With the re-write of the POS Tracker to support fuel 
blocks my time is completely devoted to that. Though I'll see if I can't sneak 
in a little something for the production page along with the fuel block update.
