Error on Configuration>Temars Eve Api #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Admin>Features and Options
2.Configuration>Temars Eve Api...
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The settings...   Blank page, enabling showing errors on wamp>php will show:
