If TEA has up and died on your ass due to the new api changes (:ccp:), its a 
simple fix.

search through TEAC.php and TEA.php and change any instance of 
"http://api.eve-online.com" to "https://api.eveonline.com".

Not sure if theres anything hanging around in other files, havn't found 
anything yet, but if you do, change that as well.
