Ability to remove access to child membergroups #12

With SMF2.0 it allows you to group membergroup permissions in a parent/child 
setup. At the moment we have a single group that it used to provide access to a 
bunch a boards and a few child groups that give access to specific forums. 

Would it be possible that once access is removed to the parent group then 
access to the child groups is also removed?

just make sure the conditions for the rule that controls the child also does a 
check on the condition that you use for the parent
that should make it work how you want
