TEA not updating EASM tables #30

1.1.1 
SMF Version?
2.0 RC5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Backed up old board/db 1.1.13 / ESAM
2. Moved old board / db
3. installed old board / db on new server
4. upgraded to SMF 2.0 RC5 installed TEA 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was hoping that the install script would upgrade the EASM database. Instead, 
it did not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
N/A already listed above.
