2 probles with api mod - new rule add and standings get

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When i'm trying to add new rule there is no window to enter corporation or 
alliance name. 
2. There is some twinks on CEO of alliance account and it doesn't allow me to 
chose ceo - data won't be saved. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in first question i don't see input in else op for example to make rule as IS 
=> Corp: 363516897 (Massive Dynamic Defense) - i mean corp id and etc...
In second question i can't save my choice and can't stanings in result. There 
are 3 different chars on this account but when i'm making choice and push save 
-  it gives me again wrong char in dialog box.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Standing should be Fixed
however im not sure about the other Bug
Please check with latest version and let me know
