Reorder of Groups, makes current matches rules show wrongly #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.reorder Rules
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normal, but untill an update is done the api page shows that user is matched to 
a different rule (using same as matched before)
