Cannot upgrade from SMF 1.0.13 running ESAM to SMF 2.0 RC5 running temars #44

1.2.0

SMF Version?
2.0 RC5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get 1.0.13 forum with users / posts running ESAM.
2. Upgrade to SMF RC5
3. Install Temars API Plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Temars plugin should work, but it doesn't apply any changes to any menu's or 
give you anywhere to change settings. After installing it's as if Temars wasn't 
even installed.

Correction, started with SMF 1.1.13... XD

was there any errors during install?
and u should check your theme smf 1 themes can be buggy even so it tries to 
upgrade them
