Multiple undefined errors in TEA.php

TEA Version?
1.2.0 (with some SVN files (TEAC, TEA.php) replacing stock 1.2.0)
SMF Version?
2.0RC5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. creating any type of rule
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output was no log errors, instead I got:

 member blah
 IP address x.x.x.x  
    Reverse chronological order of list Today at 12:23:15 AM
 session 80ac447ebe1048749c4ad11b89290d44
Only show the errors of this type Type of error: Undefined
 URL
http://blah.com/index.php?action=admin;area=tea;sa=rules;save
Only show the errors with the same message

Only show the errors from this file

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue appears in even the most current version of the TEA.php file 
available via SVN.
