2 toons match different rules

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a member that has 2 toons on their api.
2. 1 toon is blue to your alliance, another is in the alliance.
3. select the toon that is in the alliance

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should, i assume, use the selected char's infomation for checking against 
roles, instead it looks at all of them and gives them any role that it matches. 

Please provide any additional information below.

Say you have 1 group for alliance blues, that have the director role, and 
another for alliance members. then you also have the rules set up to "isnt in X 
alliance" "is blue" and "is director", and "is in alliance" respectivly.

When someone with 1 api that has 2 toons with 1 being blue to the alliance and 
1 in the alliance, it gives them both groups.

The rules have been set up with AND and have been put into 1 rule for alliance 
blues and another for alliance members.

Found a work around, i had to add this additional group to the main group, and 
put it above the standard alliance blue's group.

Planned update to add a setting were main character only gets checked against 
rules
but allow for rules to be exemp eg u still want to check all for reds
