Feature Request: Openfire Registration #71

Hi,

Just a small request to add an extra feature into TEA.

Basically, with TEA, you have managed to link the forums and TS to the EVE API, 
would it be possible to add openfire (jabber) to the list of features using the 
user service plugin.

Not sure how easy it would be, but looking at the code in 
http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1416684 , you should 
be able to curl the address to add the user, same thing when removing.

Doesn't need to be able to be able to sing and dance, just add and remove the 
user when the user is on an allowed group.

Not sure if this is something you have thought about, but it would be nice to 
have a "1 stop shop for comms registration".
