TS Access Cron #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. php /var/www/ineluctable/htdocs/TEA/TEA_TS_Cron_Access.php

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output: No output. Groups removed from Users
Current Output: database empty result set

Please provide any additional information below.
Access cron was functioning fine until recently, From what I can tell nothing 
has changed. TS page of mod is still able to connect to the TS server.
