#at# not working #82

TEA Version?
TEA 1.3.0 r164

SMF Version?
2.0 gold

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unknown, seems to work for some, but not for others

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For groups that have #at# in their name format, sometimes it works, sometimes 
it doesnt. Cant seem to find a connecction to what makes it break. It mainly 
effects TS when you get this sort of error.

"- munk11" was kicked from the server by "serveradmin from 127.0.0.1:56285" 
(Incorrect Nickname, Expecting:  - munk11)

Please provide any additional information below.

Its also effecting the Jabber system as well.

Done some hunting, looks like TEA isnt putting anything in alliance_ticker in 
the smf_tea_characters table.
