Fatal error: TEAC.php on line 233 #83

TEA Version? 1.3.0 r166

SMF Version? 2.0 Gold

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Happens everytime I click on Info, Settings and Teamspeak on the mod panel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should allow me to view and edit settings. I get Fatal error: Call to undefined 
function socket_create() in \x\x\x\TEAC.php on line 233

Please provide any additional information below.
This also happens when i use 1.2.1 but then its line 88 of TEAC.php

sockets is a php function
this is used as a fallback if you dont have cURL
seem you dont have iver
check what your using for your Webserver/php that its got sockets
