Please provide any additional information below.
I cannot answer the last 2 above questions, as there are various issues. I am
in need of someone who can offer to assist me in the proper setup for the rules
and to get the teamspeak section running correctly. I cannot find any guides
that explain each part and any kind of examples to go by for entering things
such as rules and membergroups.
I have been accidentally kicked from being an admin a couple of times, when
trying to correctly configure all of this, and although I have setup most of
the settings, I still need help with creating the membergroup specifically for
this and rules setup and a couple of other things.

microphone on all the instant messenger programs and of course skype and
ventrillo, windows live msngr, yahoo msngr etc, if your able to assist me, you
will be noted on several of my forums for the help and I am also willing to pay
isk for it if you wish, but I do seriously need guidance from someone who has
successfully done this entire setup and has been abe to get teamspeak to run
etc.
