TS3 enabled kills apache server #96

Your Version: 1.3.0 r169
SMF Version?
SMF 2.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable TS3 Support
2. Enter TS3 Data
3. Apply

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well normaly I should be able to go to the TS3 Interface to setup the 
grouprules and such. But now if I try to even go there it will kill the apache 
server

Please provide any additional information below.
