Add options to display ship stats with different SP allocations

A toggle to change ship stats to be calculated with:

-Maxed-out Alpha (~25m SP) -All-V -Linked Eve character -Directly imported character skills via file, or imported from eveskillboard.com

With the latest update we made the first parts technically possible to implement this. Our idea was the following:

• Level 1 to 5 on all skills needed for the fitting;
• Your selected toon (you can add multiple toons under Settings)

We will check out the part for a Maxed-out Alpha account as we know the skills they can use.

For now we will skip the direct import through a file or import it from eveskillboard.com but we might implement this later!
