While in of itself the values shown are correct, a user will almost always want to see the Resist without the Assault Damage Control activated. With no way to switch this behaviour yet, one could consider this a bug as you dont get the information you want to get
Same thing goes for pretty much any other module that can be activated, but whose impact on the ship should also be possible to see when not activated (Propulsionmods/Sensorbooster/etc.).
