Create CLI shortcut scripts #76

Typing "java -cp cumulusRDF.jar edu.kit.aifb.cumulus.cli.Main <utility> 
[options...]" is very tedious. I suggest to create simple shortcut scripts.

Goal is to just type "./ccli <utility> [options...]"

Hi Sebastian, the script is already there (is called cirrus)

I already changed the cli module in order to be more "usable" [1] and Federico 
renamed and adjusted the script. Although the whole module will change in 1.2 
towards a complete shell, I think for now is ok.

What do you think?

This issue can be closed since things from 1.1.0 will work exactly as described.
