Default configuration attributes always skept #81

In order to support multiple stores we introduced a new identification 
attribute as part of the mandatory state of the store (i.e. ID). 

Since this attribute is mandatory, a store never got a chance to read the 
default configuration because it is always looking for an attribute prefixed by 
its identifier (e.g. <store id>.cassandra-hosts)
