Couryrr/updating dockerfile for testing

Restructured install to run the needed test install per working group meeting.
Removed compile script copy and run in favor or the above (no need to duplicate)
Adjusted run-test to install pytest and use correct directory.
Removed modified test. This can be update in everest-core properly.

This resolves https://github.com/EVerest/everest-demo/issues/30 but there appears to be a system level change that does not allow the everest manager to run on non-linux OS. Please see https://github.com/EVerest/everest-framework/issues/180. The investigation is still on-going.

Pulled from main to get the changes in the past few months and to build against the stable release.
