Currently the 3-tier mapping can be used in the everest config file and is part of the errors that are raised.
The goal of this issue is to make the mapping available as part of the ModuleInfo. This would lead to the fact that some modules dont need additional config parameters like evse_id or connector_id (e.g. the EvseManager)
