Ignore files decorated with <auto-generated> comments #205

It would be great if there was an option to ignore files that are decorated with the <auto-generated> comments at the top of the file.

If you saw it, ignore my earlier response. I though this was in the SHFB project not the spell checker.

As to the spell checker, you can add a solution or project-specific configuration file and exclude files by name or wildcard in the Ignored Files category.
