How to get other dictionaries from LibreOffice #250

LibreOffice has more dictionaries than Open Office and it is easier to get them in the raw form required.

The URL change is fine but there's no need for all of the exclamation points to end the sentences. Please change them back to periods.

I merged the change manually. I decided to keep the reference to the Open Office source as well.
