This could potentially be a report for seeing the packages shipping locations. (actionable data) Potentially track how far in progress the item shipped is.

Report uses Mail Object using the destination address, or use the Address Object with mailing address field.

I as a customer would like to see where the packages destination is; along with who will be receiving the package. I would also like the status of my packages grouped together. I need to know the value of the item being shipped. I would like the estimated time of arrival also.
