Package manager on Ubuntu #53

I running Android Oreo and have installed Ubuntu and the desktop environment. I notice there is no package manager or a working browser. I would like to add packages to Ubuntu. Can anyone help?

What do you mean by add packages to Ubuntu? If you want to install from other repo you could modify /etc/apt/sources.list.

I was thinking of add office software and similar things.
