Added new theme :) #135

Added new Noir et blanc theme (black side tray and white editor zone)

Changes:

  1. Black side tray with default dark theme's text colours & text highlighting
  2. White editor area with default light theme's code colour scheme
  3. Rounded up notifications, control palette and buttons
