[Bug] CPU load #22

OBS v30.0.2 OBS-Hadowplay v1.2.1 beta

I spent about an hour trying to figure out where the load on the CPU was coming from. I reinstalled the plugin several times. 😅 It turned out that when I uncheck the "Automatic Replay Buffer Enabled" checkbox, the CPU load increases to ~8%. And in the Task Manager up to ~13%.

Ahhh yeah that's not great, I'll look at getting a fix in 😅
