I have fixed the above issues in email template. Hereafter if you edit auto email content, you should add
tags to the end of each line. Since the auto-emails are sent using html template, we should use html tags to format these emails.

Thank you Where do I go to edit the email content ? what is the path.. We are going to need to replicate the email template for various tasks. How can I edit the template for email specials, template 1 template 2 for customer service , template 3, 4,5 for various auto res ponder , template 6 for newsletter that one is very big and needs to be formatted properly to place images, and displayed professionally?

there will be 1 design for auto e-mails and n templates for newsletter.
