  1. I need it to send a weekly report to reports@top10resources.com The most rated product the most reviewed product, the best reviewed product based on the rating formula I gave you and the level of the quality of the review(s) . So we get an idea of what is hot and not

  1. The data in the predefined email templates will be for a defined event - This predefined template will trigger respective mails with a variable date range and since this is automatic will have a define range of date or other params that's set as a rule to send a notification. These automated mails will have pre-defined variable params.

Please answer these questions

Where are these predefined email templates? How will the predefined email be sent based on defined events / Parameters? How do u suggest we define range of date or other params?
