BouncyDinger - the bouncy things on the slope, like pinball dingers
Ragdoll Trigger - Currently just a box collider that puts you in ragdoll mode and propels you forwards a little bit
MultiTriggerCombiner - utility class that you can use to combine multiple triggers into one output. Can explain it later if you want to use it. But essentially you add the triggers to an array and use the combiner to output to the event prefab.
Level 2 design:
Moving forwards with the camera (don't worry, it's been isolated, but have opened up the possibility to more angles too)
Player must throw themselves down a slope and bounce around into three bodyhole prefabs that have been multiTriggerCombined into a single door event next to spawn (we need a end of level model so the player knows where they are trying to get to.
Things going to do before merging this PR:
Add lights to the starting room to signal how many triggers are active.
