It has almost been a year and yet they haven't fixed the issue. Talk about lazy

ascii codec can't decode byte oxe9 in position 92: ordinal not in range (128)

If you get the same error just replace both adress in the nameserver line with
your actually used dns server adress(if unknown use your routers ip only) or
delete at least the empty one(0.0.0.0). Then it should work. You have to do it
every time you start the programm. Viel Glück!
