[BUG] UWB Reporting Not Accurate

Describe the bug UWB does not seem accurate. When attempting to land on any of the 6 assets, the UWB never hits 0. The value hovers between 20,000 and 17,000.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Land on all assets
2. Observe UWB distance is never below 17k

Expected behavior When approaching asset, the UWB distance should = the true distance. For example

1. When landed on the asset, the distance = 0
2. When hovering directly above asset, the distance = altitude.
