Describe the bug
Need to update UWB distance to display on screen. Current it prints in on screen when ran from UE (developer mode), butdoes not appear in the release version. We need to create a widget that outputs the distance (see Pitch/Roll/Yaw example).

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run Training Environment Release 2.0
Expected behavior
UWB should display on screen
