Whenever a new game is started and other people join in, we all start off as Jack, and so since people just want to get right into action they'll switch off to another character much later on.

Whenever someone joins into a match of Speed dial, make them spawn in as one of the 4 characters instead of just Jack to add more variety to the beginning of a round.

Alternative would be to choose the character you want whenever you join in, but it would slow down the speed at which you can just jump into the game.
