12 add some of the optional features

Added the following features:

• Use the -o, --output flag after the -i, --input flag to specify an output directory. The contents of the directory will not be deleted, and it will be created if it doesn't exist
• Parses a title from the input text file. Title is assumed to be the first line followed by two empty lines.
