Thanks for your insterest in our work. You can refer the function https://github.com/Eaphan/BiProDet/blob/d9f00ae49eae4cad17cd157b751ea8cdc8c75991/pcdet/models/dense_heads/point_head_vote.py#L430 for the generation of normalized local coordinates ground-truth.
