Also, in K2SE integration, Portable fusion reactor (not to be confused with RTG, this is a K2 item) is available at Energy 3, immediately after researching fusion energy with no other dependencies. However, it requires Fusion test data, available at energy 4, and Superconductive cables, available at energy 3, but also needing material 3. It either needs its crafting materials altered, or prerequisites changed.
And a couple of more, coming as I'm encountering them in the game.
Energy shield mk4, prerequisites are mk3 shield, superconductive cables and heavy composite. Researching it takes energy 4 and material 3, but there's nothing in prerequisites that needs energy 4. Thus, it should either have energy 4 as prerequisite or reserach dropped to energy 3. What's more, mk5 and mk6 after that, both take only energy 2. For consistency, those should be at least 3 or 4, whichever the mk4 ends up being.
Naquium processing, needs only material4 and astro4. Yet, part of the processing chain needs Vitalic acid. Thus, it should be added as prerequisite.
Edit: One more, this time again K2SE. Robot speed and mining productivity upgrades are require only the previous level of the tech, nothing more. In base SE, they also have prerequisite of the relevant science pack which you'll have to get anyway to research it.
Space probe rocket silo is only dependant on Astro 2 and Energy 2. Yet building the silo takes heavy girders, building the probe takes iridium. Meaning, it should also depend on heavy girders. Dunno if researching it should require material 1 due to that, but at least the requirement should be there as it's impossible to utilize unless that's researched.
Fixed
Another is Material 4. First, it contains Particle beam shielding data, which has Space platform plating as one of the items, but is not dependant on it. This is probably more minor due to the fact that you'll probably research it anyway during material 1.
Fixed
Also in Material 4 is Experimental alloys data, requiring Beryllium, Holmium and Iridium plates. Iridium is natural for Material science, Holmium is a dependency due to the tech requiring Particle Collider which comes from Energy science, but there's no dependency on Beryllium at all. So it's possible, although unlikely, to get to this point without knowing how to make beryllium plates.
Todo
