Destroyed core miners rebuilt using robots are non-functional #170

When core miners are destroyed, they leave behind se-core-miner-drill ghosts. If those ghosts are built by robots, they don't trigger the the normal core miner on_built logic, which only expects the assembler or se-core-miner entity.
