AAI PV destroys characters created within range of enemy forces #181

AAI Programmable Vehicles can prevent the creation of character-type entities because of its construction denial mechanic. This can lead to SE crashing if a character dies and the respawn position happens to be overrun by biters.

Character-type entities should probably be ignored by that mechanic.
