Research Retuning (Suggestions - NOT Bugs) #22

artillery speed research requirements needs a reduction in cost, i know its balanced off vanilla, but 6k mats science 1 for speed 3 and beyond isnt worth for something that can give the same bonus with another of the same building right next to it (14k mats 2 for speed 4, 32k mats 3 for speed 5, 73k mats 4 for speed 6, 146k mats 4 and 146k DSS for speed 7 and 2x that beyond)

Portable fusion reactor reqs DSS and energy4, but doesnt require anything beyond energy 4 (resource wise) to craft, recommend removing DSS from requirement to research

You modify Advanced Radar from K2 to need Chemical science cards, however you don't take off the requirement for basic tech cards - no other research in the game requires basic after chemical has been unlocked (as advanced labs don't take basic tech cards)
