Related to recent spaceship-cloning change which teleports vehicles instead of cloning them. Things to consider:

Needs to work on regular and scorched capsules. Scorched capsules do not have an internal CapsuleInfo object.
Figure out what's happening to the container entity.
Needs to properly handle launching/landing capsules.
