Exploit to use water on waterless planets with the waterfill mod #300

Throw down a stone tile and sweep the waterfill over it. It refunds the stone but keeps the tile there ( Infinite Stone glitch also ). Deconstructing the tile will reveal water below. It also doesnt consume the waterfill. Still gives the No Water popup.

It wont allow placing the offshore pump though.
