Combat Mechanics Overhaul: Landfill removes Deep Oil (from Cargo Ships mod) #325

CMO have wierd interaction with Deep Oil (Oil in water). I am consistently getting Deep Oil removed by placing Landfill on it, which doesn't happen with CMO disabled.

Tested with:

Factorio 1.1.19
Cargo Ships 0.2.4
Cargo Ships Graphics 0.2.1
Combat Mechanics Overhaul 0.6.24
