People always forget to take backups... this feature should take care of that 
problem

- backup directory / Browse
  default to PicasaStarter folder
  provide extended Browse for folder dialog (allowing pasting path)

- I see the backup directory name is BKEADLE-T3200E_Drive-P - we discussed the 
naming of this folder to reference the Album name instead of workstation.  As 
is, another participating workstation for the same database would end up 
creating a duplicate backup directory

backup of the same thing under a different computer name
