Consider removing Picasa Path setting from firstrun (maybe always get from registry?) #26

Picasa Path defaults to most likely on startup wizard.  Is it necessary to have 
it on wizard? Might just have pop-up if not found.

Consider changing Picasa Path code to use registry.
