Add ability to type in Paths for settings and Database Paths #36

The trouble is that PS doesn't allow me to type in paths for config and 
database locations. The folder picker doesn't allow that either and Windows can 
be quite stubborn in showing the WHS in its 'Network' tree in the folder picker.

Could PS please be extended so I can type in the paths I want to use?
